Info For Parents
If you are enrolling your child/children in a FCCC program please download, print, and complete all of the forms. Completed forms can be submitted to the centre supervisor at the site you are enrolling in.
Immunization Records
Along with these registration forms, you will need to provide a copy of your child's up-to-date immunization record unless your child is enrolled in school. If your child is not up-to-date with their immunizations you can contact the KFL&A Public Health for immunization clinic times or see your doctor.

Spring is here, which has allowed for many learning opportunities for the children in our centre. The children have been busy exploring their environment and the world around them. There have been group projects and individual experiences allowing for a sense of belonging and lots of engagement from the children.

The children at FCCC-Cataraqui Woods do not back down from a challenge! This month, educators have challenged the children to build the tallest and strongest spaghetti tower in 18 minutes. We have enjoyed putting our skills to the test!

During the last PA day on May 22nd, the children at FCCC Centennial Before and After School program visited the city greenhouse on Norman Rogers Drive. The children had fun observing the seasonal and tropical plants. We did a scavenger hunt about the things we saw in the greenhouse. The children presented to the City…
