This month we would like to show recognition to our Enhanced Inclusion Educator – Tracy Chaput, RECE

For the last year and a half Tracy has shown her commitment to all of our 24 programs helping our educators implement strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of their groups. She has focused on the educator’s and children’s strengths rather than on limitations, helps set achievable goals for everyone, and helps create environments that support inclusion, equity and belonging.

She collaborates with educators, models inclusive practices, and provides mentorship while fostering a culture of learning, confidence and growth. Tracy demonstrates a strong commitment to learning and professional growth, inspiring others by designing and implementing meaningful learning opportunities for all FCCC educators.

Most importantly, her work has been impactful. Her dedication, professionalism and passion reflect the very best of our values. We are grateful for the positive difference she makes everyday!
