February Staff Stars

Daniela – LCVI Preschool, For being a calm and kind presence and coming back from leave as if she had never missed a day. Daniela set the tone of expectation, consistency and positivity for both children and fellow educators.

Dawna – Cataraqui Woods School Age (and Inclusion Support at LCVI) – For always being consistent yet flexible. Dawna takes each day as it comes, recognizes children’s needs and meets them at their level of understanding and development.

Akansha – Rideau Public School Age – For always being aware and automatically seeing the needs of the children and the program. Whether it’s playing a game or conducting a fire drill Akansha is always an amazing team member and focuses on the needs in the moment.
